An apartment that had been heavily converted into a music recording studio — walls covered in tape residue, glue, paint damage, and holes throughout. Red marks, exposed damage, studio infrastructure requiring full removal.
This job normally requires a team of three. I completed the entire restoration independently — from first assessment through to final clean, delivering a move-in-ready 3-bedroom apartment the client could be proud of.

Maracari Holiday Bar activates in premier cities — New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas. Miami was its fourth destination, making its debut at Freehand Hostel on Collins Avenue.
I was responsible for a significant portion of the lighting execution — from initial installation across the bar, dining area, corridors and ceiling structures, through to the final strike and full venue restoration at close of season.

Held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, the event brings together luxury lifestyle brands, VIP guests, athletes, and industry figures for a full-scale, premium sporting experience.
Presented by E11EVEN Miami — one of the world's most recognized ultra-luxury nightlife brands — the tournament is backed by a constellation of high-profile sponsors including Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Dobel Tequila, E11EVEN Vodka, Happy Dad, and the Irie Foundation. Every detail, from the step-and-repeat branding walls to the VIP hospitality tents, is executed to the highest production standard.

The Underline is one of Miami's most ambitious civic infrastructure projects — a 10-mile linear urban park and shared-use trail being developed beneath the elevated Metrorail corridor, connecting Brickell to Dadeland South. Designed to transform underutilized transit infrastructure into a world-class public space, The Underline integrates greenways, public art, fitness areas, and community programming into the heart of Miami.
Each year, The Underline hosts a landmark fundraising gala that convenes the city's most influential voices — elected officials, urban planners, philanthropists, corporate sponsors, and community leaders — to celebrate progress and mobilize resources for continued development. The 2026 edition was staged at the iconic Land Rover showroom in Coral Gables, transforming a luxury automotive space into an immersive, large-scale civic celebration.
With representatives from the City of Miami, Coral Gables, and premier partners including Land Rover, this event occupied a significant position in Miami's civic and cultural calendar — demanding production standards aligned with the prestige of its audience and mission.
Embedded within the core production team for The Underline's 2026 Annual Gala, I operated as a Production Assistant across the full event lifecycle — from early load-in and venue transformation through to live-event guest operations. The complexity of the environment required simultaneous coordination across setup, décor, hospitality, and logistics disciplines, while maintaining the elevated standard expected by a civic event of this stature.
